ST. MICHAEL, Minn. (Aug. 28, 2012) – Waterjet systems manufacturer Jet Edge, Inc. recently served as “Defender Sponsor” of the Defense Alliance’s 5th Annual “Architect of Defense” award.
Every year, the Defense Alliance presents the Architect of Defense Award to a Defense Alliance member who best exemplifies and promotes the ideals and mission of the Alliance.
This year’s Architect of Defense Award was awarded to Packet Digital of Fargo, N.D. Packet Digital is an emerging leader in the design and development of advanced power management solutions for portable electronic devices and embedded systems. With its patented On-Demand Power® technology and PowerSage® integrated circuits, Packet Digital extends battery life in portable electronic devices, helping consumer electronics companies and branches of the military develop faster, smarter, smaller products. Packet Digital is the first non-Minnesota company to receive the award.
